Our practice exams and simulator are digital assets. When you pay for the $69 CAD Lifetime Access, you get into the question bank immediately. Because this content can be used and consumed right away, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed the platform.
2. Try Before You Buy:
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This is why we provide a Free Practice Quiz on our homepage. We highly recommend trying the free version first to make sure our training style fits your needs before you commit to the full version.
3. Technical Problems:
If you run into a technical bug that stops you from using the simulator, we are here to help. Contact us at Support@CBSAPrep.com. If our team cannot fix the issue within 3 business days, we will review your case for a full or partial refund.
4. Payment Issues:
For any concerns regarding unauthorized charges or billing errors, please reach out to our support team directly so we can look into it for you.
